Tom Mohler, CEO, Ocean Holdings

Tom Mohler is CEO of Ocean Holdings, which includes the company’s owned and operated companies: Ocean Communications, Olympusat, Inc., Olympusat Telecom, Ocean Distribution, Ocean New Media and Hatch Entertainment. Under Ocean Communications, Tom built the company into the largest independent distributor of cable networks with programming contracts and inventory totaling more than 60 million homes to date. Combining his understanding of the needs of independent networks, Tom began Olympusat, Inc., which owns and operates nine TV cable networks and is the first company of its kind in the media industry offering such independent cable networks vertical integration by providing transport, distribution and advertising services through a single, independent company.
Kim Reed Fragione, Chief Operating Officer

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Kim oversees key facets of network development including distribution and managing video provider and network partner relationships. As a business developer, she manages the company’s linear and non-linear business. This includes transactional and traditional programming as well as owned and operated networks. Kim is directly responsible for revenue sources, strategic partnerships and maximizing distribution goals. Prior to Ocean Communications/ Olympusat, Kim worked for Comcast Cable, Pepsi Winner’s Circle and national sponsor driven programming and syndicated series. Kim graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida.
Chuck Mohler, Executive Vice President

Chuck Mohler is involved in the day-to-day operations of Ocean Communications, along with being a part of the management team for Untamed Sports TV, where he is responsible for driving distribution and program acquisitions. Chuck joined Ocean Communications in 1998 and structured the company with his brother Tom Mohler. He was instrumental in launching the company’s infomercial network, TV Superstore, where he drove distribution and sales for the network. He became a member of the Board of Directors for Ocean in 2000. Prior to that Chuck worked for U.S. Representative John Boehner (OH-8), in Ohio and on Capitol Hill. In addition, Chuck continues to manage Ocean Communications’ operations and is the contact for Ocean’s major clientele.
Colleen Glynn, EVP & General Counsel

As General Counsel and EVP of Affiliate Sales & Distribution, Colleen has been spearheading Olympusat’s distribution efforts for the Spanish-language networks, Faith & Families and Digital services for more than 11 years. Colleen’s distribution efforts focus on identifying and securing multiplatform distribution such as VOD, Broadband and Mobile applications. Prior to this, Colleen was at Lifetime Television as VP of Affiliate Relations and Marketing where she was responsible for negotiating distribution agreements with the industry’s leading cable operators and overseeing the sales, marketing and revenue generation for a 21-state region. Colleen’s prior cable experience includes positions with The Disney Channel as a Senior Account Executive and with the now defunct Noncable Resources as Director of Field Marketing.
Chris Williams, Chief Financial Officer

Chris Williams is Chief Financial Officer for Olympusat. With almost 20 years of experience, Chris joined Olympusat from the Financial Planning and Analysis group of Rayonier. While working for this publicly traded forest products company he primarily focused on quarterly earnings releases, Board of Directors reporting, and SEC reporting. Prior to that he held Controller positions with Roush Racing, a multi-team NASCAR racing organization, and Healthlink, a healthcare IT consulting firm. During his tenure at Healthlink, the company experienced rapid internal growth fueled by a venture capital raise and a significant strategic merger, later leading to the acquisition of the company by IBM. Chris began his career as a Financial Analyst with Bank of America. He maintains an active CPA license and holds a B.S. degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Florida State University.
Albert J. Estrada, Senior Vice President, Business Development and Marketing

Albert J. Estrada started his career in the entertainment industry in the early 1990's with Home Box Office (HBO) as Account Executive where we managed the west Texas region for HBO's cable television affiliate sales group. While at HBO, Mr. Estrada joined HBO Satellite Services, where he managed HBO's retail and wholesale businesses to the C-BAND back-yard dish market. He left HBO and was part of the initial team that launched DIRECTV, which became the most successful consumer electronics product launch in United States history. Mr. Estrada added Latin America to his DIRECTV launch portfolio where he led and crafted the marketing strategy for DIRECTV's successful introduction into fifteen countries within the region. Mr. Estrada then joined Space Systems Loral where we managed the Americas region for the company where he marketed and sold high-power geostationary satellites to customers such as PANAMSAT (now INTELSAT), SATMEX, TERRESTAR and SES AMERICOM.
Austin Powers, Vice President of New Business Development

Mr. Powers brings over 25 years expertise in global sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and executive management. He will be expanding and growing new streams of top line revenue for Olympusat by developing and implementing joint ventures, partnerships and corporate sponsorship. Mr. Powers began his career in the 80's in the telecommunications field. He held executive positions with global giants such as Cable & Wireless, North America, MCI-Verizon; Global Crossing and Primus Telecommunications. He built, managed and lead sales teams to consistently exceed revenue projections on behalf of clients such as Wal-Mart, IBM, Citigroup, Coca Cola, Office Depot, Tyco Int'l, Jabil Circuit, Club Med and others which earned him numerous prestigious awards. Austin Powers has also achieved notable success as an entrepreneur. Over the years he has owned and operated a number of companies including a nationwide television network, a telecom consulting company, a land development company and businesses involved in wine production as well as oil and gas exploration. Austin Powers' unique combination of executive management experience, technical knowledge of telecom and television networks, combined with his entrepreneurial instincts position him as a force to innovate and drive new revenues for Olympusat and its affiliated companies.
Bill Saltzgiver, Senior Vice President, Network Operations

Bill Saltzgiver is the Senior Vice President of Network Operations for Olympusat, Inc. A veteran of the broadcast business for over 30 years, Bill brings to Olympusat an in depth knowledge of network administration and program acquisition. Before joining Olympusat in August of 2000, served as the Vice President & General Manager/General Sales Manager positions at WNPA, UPN 19, Pittsburgh, WNYB, Fox 49, Buffalo, and WPGH, Fox 53, Pittsburgh. Bill has also worked in various programming and production capacities prior to holding his General Manager responsibilities, including being a Program Manager at WPGH, Pittsburgh, and Executive Producer at WKBD TV in Detroit and a Production Manager at KPHO TV in Phoenix. Bill started his career as a News Reporter at WHEN TV (now WTVH TV) in Syracuse, New York. He holds a B.S. degree in Communications from Ithaca College.
Arturo Chavez, General Manager of Hispanic Owned & Operated Networks

As GM of Olympusat’s owned and operated channels, Arturo Chavez’ key responsibilities includeday-to-day management of running the company’s networks. Arturo has over two decades of experience in the home video entertainment industry including art direction, product management, wholesale and retail sales, and video distribution operations. He is widely recognized and considered one of the most knowledgeable experts of Spanish-language films in the U.S. market and in particular, films of Mexican origin. Prior to this, Arturo was Director of the Latino Division for Lionsgate and was responsible for the division’s product development, product management, and release schedule planning-- including all Spanish-language products, U.S. Latino products, and related brands released by Lionsgate. He played an instrumental role in Lionsgate assessment, qualification, and acquisition of all product lines as well as having a significant role in the development of the company’s overall Latino category strategy and its positioning. Arturo began his career at Hispanic Entertainment as a Senior Analyst. He served over 14 years at Mexcinema Video Corp., an independent video publisher that catered to Spanish-language accounts in the U.S. A graduate from University of Aguascalientes in Mexico, Arturo holds a B.A. in Business Development and Administration.
Eric Bressler, Vice President of Technical Operations

As Vice President of Technical Operations, Eric is the company’s leading technical liaison between the Olympusat offices in West Palm Beach and uplink facilities in Atlanta, GA. Eric is Olympusat’s main conduit with industry technicians from around the world, and handles all incoming technical inquiries. He also runs the technical support center for Olympusat’s affiliate operators, including offering technical recommendations and handling all crisis management related to technical operations. Prior to Olympusat, Eric worked for Comcast Communications for 10 years in several areas within head-end operations including Advertising Sales Engineering, Video Production and Field Operations. In addition to critical field experience, Eric’s industry training includes Motorola/General Instruments’ DigiCipher II Uplink Training, ITT Technical Institute; completion of Video Production Training from the National Cable Television Institute and SeaChange International Engineering Training.
Shawn Copenhaver, Director of Creative Services

Shawn Copenhaver is the Director of Creative Services and is responsible for the on-air branding elements for all of Olympusat’s owned and operated TV networks. In addition, Shawn writes, produces, directs and edits Olympusat’s multiple on-air promotional spots and is a key on-air liaison between Olympusat’s uplink facilities in Atlanta, GA. Prior to Olympusat, Shawn spent over four years with Palm Beach County’s Solid Waste Authority as a cameraman, editor and director for the award-winning show, eTV (Environmental Television). He was also a part of production teams throughout the environmental industry, which have consistently won Emmy, Telly, Aurora and Addy Awards. Prior to eTV Shawn spent four years in cable production with Comcast, Baltimore and Adelphia, West Palm Beach shooting, editing, and managing digital commercial insertion of local cable television advertising. Shawn is a television production graduate of The Broadcasting Institute of Maryland. He is currently writing, producing and directing a bilingual movie for Olympusat’s Cine Mexicano TV network.
Katie Beirne, Director of Human Resources

With over 14 years of Human Resources experience in working with various companies such as Florida Public Utilities, Shands HomeCare, Nortel Networks, Republic Services, ADP Total Source and most recently TriNet (formerly Gevity). In her most recent role at TriNet she oversaw 100 companies and over 1,400 employees at various client sites in South Florida on benefits, payroll, employee relations, client retention, etc. Her expertise ranges from benefits, payroll, employee relations, recruiting, HRIS administration/implementation, training, compliance as well as various other aspects of Human Resources.

Katie received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. She is PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified. She is also currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources at Nova Southeastern University. And she is the Community Relations/ SHRM Foundation Chair for Human Resources Association for Palm Beach County for the 4th year in a row where she puts on network events for HR professionals as well as raises thousands of dollars for various charities in South Florida area and for SHRM Foundation scholarships.
Francisco Sibauste, Vice President, Affiliate Relations US & International

Francisco has several years of experience launching new products and services in Latin America, Europe and the U.S. Hispanic markets including HTV, Bloomberg TV, MGM Networks, Playboy, Locomotion, Infinito, Sorpresa TV and several other networks. He has also been involved in licensing digital content, VoIP and Wi-Fi technology.

He was part of the team that launched HTV in every Spanish speaking country in Latin America. He launched Bloomberg TV in Brazil and was responsible for sales and marketing of all Bloomberg media services in Latin America. As VP of Affiliate Sales at MGM (initially Family Channel International) he launched the channels in Mexico and Latin America. In his position as VP of Affiliate for Cisneros Television Group, he was responsible for sales to Latin America, the US, Spain and Portugal. Throughout his career, Fransisco has launched several networks and managed various marketing and PR functions.

Francisco holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is finishing a Business Administration Graduate Certificate at the University of Miami.
Nick Febrizio, Vice President, Sales and Distribution

Nick Febrizio is a Television Content Distribution executive with an expertise in National Accounts Sales & Management, Strategic Marketing Partnerships and Field Management. As a member of the AETN Distribution team, Nick was responsible for launching and distributing numerous television brands including A&E, History, BIO, H2, Crime & Investigation, Military History & History en Espa ñ ol as well as each brand’s respective HD channels and VOD components. Nick Febrizio has joined Olympusat as VP, Distribution and Sales. He will be responsible for sales and distribution with numerous partners including Comcast, Time Warner and Cablevision.

Prior to joining Olympusat, Nick held long-term distribution sales and marketing consultant roles with WWE and, most recently with Univision Communications. Additionally, Nick worked in the new media space and championed Mobile Video content distribution resulting in an AETN Mobile content partnership with Verizon’s V-Cast platform. Nick holds B.A. In Communications from LIU (Long Island University) in Long Island, NY.
