As a turnkey service provider, Olympusat facilitates technical related services to networks and our owned and operated channels as needed, including master control, satellite and uplink and ancillary creative services.
The Olympusat suites are distributed via top cable satellite, Galaxy 23. Olympusat has also just launched its third transponder, which will be primarily available for HD services utilizing MPEG 4 encoding and DVB S2 Modulation. Our suites are fully digital with archiving and our automation process has full redundancy.
Olympusat has two state of the art uplink and master control suites which are housed currently in Atlanta, Georgia at Crawford Communications and NorthStar Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.
Olympusat has a full traffic operation (VCI based) in West Palm Beach. We have a seasoned executive and management team and have created economies of scale to maximize the success potential for our network partners and owned services.
On top of master control and satellite, we also offer in house creative services. Our creative services and editing department encompasses six editing suites growing to 10 in Q1 2010 in addition to a suite in Denver, Colorado. We offer Final Cut Pro and Adobe Production suites, which includes After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sound Booth, Premiere and Encore.
We are integrating programs for 3-D Graphics and on-air animation. We are capable of multi-platform distribution and have transcoding gear, already approved by multiple operators/platforms. Various file formats via FTP or hard-drive, tapes formats (Digi-BETA, BETA SX, BETA SP, HDV, DV Cam and Mini-DV, DVC Pro HD and HD Cam) are available.
